PCBA end-of-line (EOL) inspection is a machine vision check performed at the end of the SMT or PCBA line that verifies a finished board before it is released. What does PCBA end-of-line inspection check?
FlexIPS does not try to inspect every part on the board. It targets the critical modules defined per recipe — typically connectors, processors, power components, oscillators, labels, and other high-risk or customer-specified zones — checking presence, alignment, and label correctness.
